its the meat, but if you eat to much of it, it stunts your growth or somthing.

lol, I hate vegitarians...which is funny, cause two of my best friends are some.

also, I have eaten seal and penguin and (obviously) cows.....not Polar Bears, though, cause that would be illigal.
