Moonlight War

Willard looked scared.. "wh-what? did you do the mutilating? or were they like that." He looked scared. His heart raced, as he looked around. The flickering light made him mad, but he shook it off.

 

[Self:.:Pity]

"They were just there." She said. "Tied together, back to back, by the wrists..." She looked oddly calm.

Willard shook.. "you didn;t answer. did you rip them to shreds."

 

[Self:.:Pity]

she shook her head, bittng her lip. "no." She said quietly. "no. I did not rip them apart."

Willard was shaking, "they were tied up?" He looked upset, and angry. This was horrible.

 

[Self:.:Pity]

"they were burned afterwards. thats the smell." She said quietly. It made her look up- though the walls and roof were completely concrete, she still felt like something would jump out at them. This was not the best place to be in a storm, she assumed. "hey looked so afraid, their faces...."

Willard growled.. "i knew something was wrong here."

 

[Self:.:Pity]

"Its gone now." She state, looking round there was the staff room to hide in- that was it. and the bathroom. "Whatever it is..." The bite marks were not human, they were not vampire, the teeth were to big to be wolf. "Its probably not here."

Willard growled.. "you and the kids hide, i can kill it. what ever it is." He hissed.

"I dont think its here." She said again. "If it is...we would...Its not here." she nodded. "We would see it."

Willard stood up, and then screeched. He waited to see if something would come out.

 

[Self:.:Pity]

Axie pulled him down and covered his mouth, closing her eyes. she was honestly afraid, afraid that something would come out and destroy them despite his efforts.

the rustle in the staff room might have been the thunder tolling away, or something honestly there. Axie ripped the the skin next to Willard's lips unintentionally.

Willard pulled her hand away from his face.. "Axie, hide." He handed her the kids.. "just hide." His claws grew.

Axie slipped under the desk with them, bitting her lip. She shook for a while, trying to find her composure- when nothing came, and she figured she got worked up for nothing, she said bitterly- "theres nothing there. theres nothing to worry about."

If it didnt know they were there, it wouldn't come for them, she though. But Willard blew that; if there really was something, it would come out now, and it wouldn't be as obviouse to them.

Willard looked at Axie, and then looked around. He shook his head, and then kept his eyes peeled.

Axie came back out from under the table, and left the kids under there. She shook her head, and shakily went for the door to the staff room.

Willard grabbed her, and pulled her away. "your more valuable than me, they need you.." He pulled her to the kids. "stay with them, Axie.

 

[Self:.:Pity]

she fought him off. "Theres nothing there." She didnt belive herself.

Willard growled.. "sit there." He walked towards the door, claws ready.

She waited to see what he would find if her opened the door, then tried to block out the sound and hug her sleeping kids.
