She smiled up at him again, and Luneth cam out of his short nap squeaking a little. Axie picked up some movement outside the cavern. but none in the tunnel, so she wasn't botherd.
She handed him Luneth. "...You...can climb walls, right?" She asked, turning to him. "...I want you..to take them, and sit over the exit. they wont see you there. that is, on the small chance they find us."
This idea appealed to her. "...Yes, yes, we could do that..." She smirked, and then hushed...and looked depressed, as they came closer. depression is a good cover in war. "...We lost everything and are on our own." She whispered. "...they-us-destroied al we had. our insparation is the loss of everything. get ready."
She shook her head and tried to summon the crocodile tears. "....they wont..make it...." She wept.
They were in hearing range. and heard them. they pulled through the entrance, and stayed. There was around ten, give or take a few. Maybe there was ore outside.
