The boy's eyes widened and he ran oer to a small pack. He grabed a flask of water and ran over to htem. "..try..thi.." He said, handing it over. Axie grabbed it and handed it to Willard, and looked at the boy. "..scram."

But he didn't. He backed up and fell over a rock and caught himself, but didn't go any farther. He wanted to know if she was ok.

Kyouris violet eyes were half open. "...I wish you could join me...its...fun...but tiring..." He said, stifling a yawn.

"but i can't..." she said, sighing. "the only good thing ti being a vampire is flight... but i don't even have wings. never did." she said.

Willard looked at the kid oddly.. "seriously, what do you care?" he asked the kid.

He looked over at her, and was about to say somthing else but acctualy listened to what she said and shut his mouth. "....Maybe...somtime...ill let you ride on my back if I run...but not for long. Im not strong, you know." He said.

The kid looked startled and he ran away without any of his things.

"wait." Willard yelled after the kid... "you forgot your stuff!!! And i'm not threatening you!!! I Just want to know why you care.... about a 'monster'." he shouted.

"okay... but i think i'm too heavy." she said, sighing...

He looked her up and down. "...I dont think so..." He said. "....you look really good, actually."

The kid took a while but came back. "...Shes just a girl..." He said, like she was not a monster but they were. Axie ignored him and poured a litte water in the girls mouth.

Sorrow blushed ... "..?"

Willard sighed and then... grinned. "perphaps i have my sis married off already... yay, she won't be bunking with us until she;s 25." he said, grinning at Axie.

Terra coughed and got up. "..." she rubbed her eyes.. "..?"

Axie almost laughed but she was too angry, but she did have a wry smile on. "...hey, Terra." She said.

The boy sighed in relife and came over slowly and warily. "...you...okay...?" He said shyly.

Kyouri smiled. "..I mean, your not fat or anything." He said.

"no.. i know i'm not. i just don't want to hurt your back." she said.. "thanks."

"y-yeah..?" she said to the boy... "..?" she had no other comment. her green eyes were glowing in the dark.

Willard stared at them.

"...My names Catalin. Cat-a-lyn." He said quietly. Axie sighed and backed away. The boy sat down. "...whats yours?"

Kyouri smiled. "...ug, trying hauling around a huge backpack a butload of guns, and say you cant sit on my back, while im a wolf." He said, grinning. "...That stuff is heavy."

"okay." Sorrow replied.

"I'm Terra." she said... "nice to meet you...?" she wasn't good at socailizing.

Willard backed away also.

He nodded. He couldn't have been more than nine or ten,but he had an innocence about him. "...Y..you too."

Axie looked at Willard and mouthed 'human.' she had a thing against humans for some time, for several different reasons.

Kyouri leaned back ad closed his eyes, almost like he was sleeping.

Sorrow stared up.

Willard stared... "..?"

Terra smiled... "how old are you?"

"....." Kyouri opened his eyes again and looked at her. He really didn't want to sleep.

"....im 9..." he said, and was quiet. "...wait....are you one of them." hte relization came to him Axie looked up and sighed as she waited for a reaction.

Sorrow was counting stars.

Willard's eyes narrowed.

The boy backed away a little. "...Have you ever killed anybody?" He was curiouse, and kind of ngry, but not to much. Heleft the bow where it was. Axie looked back down and took a few steps back into the shadows, remmebering a little bit of her encounters.

He sighed and rolled over.

"umn...umn..umn.." Terra couldn't say anything.. she ran away crying.

Willard sighed...

Sorrow couldn't count anymore, she already counted 2000.

Axie gritted her teeth and stepped out again. She was going to say somthing when he took off after her. "....w....wait! wait please, im sorry!" he yelled. Axie watched and looked back at Willard. "....I dont like him." she said bitterly.

"neither do i.. he's making my little sis cry."

Terra ran into a tree... she was bleeding and crying.

Catalin ran after her, yelling her name, before he found her and leaned down next to her. "....Im sorry, im sorry.." he said. "...l..look, your bleeding." He looked for somhing to help her with.

"....gotta watch out for little sisters." She said, and not without truth.

"you.. hurt my feelings!" she shouted, crying. she was in pain... her tears were falling faster as she lowered her head. she sobbed.

"i.. really do." he said, suddenly thinking.
