Kyouri nevously laughed. "...thats why I joined the army...to die...." He said. ".....If I...ever get shot......its over for me."

Axie hugged him back and closed her eyes.

Sorrow suddenly grew shocked... "th-th-that's why?" she stuttered... "do you still want to die?"

"your soft." he said, laughing.

Kyouri looked down at her and quickly shook his head, sitting down next to her. "...not anymore...I swer..." He said.

"you better not.." Sorrow said hugging him, she started to cry silently. she never handled talk about death...

Kyouri hugged her tightly and put his chin on hers. "....I wont leave you...." He said.

Axie smiled. "...Go me..." She said.

He seperated them a bit and looked into her face, lifting his hand to wipe away her tears. "...I belive you..." He whispered.

Axie grined and looked up randomly.

she smiled... and took his hand. "did you know i have no heart beat? i lack that..."

Willard looked at her.. "what are you looking at?"

"....not really anything" She said quickly. ".just the sky..."

Kyouri looked at her, only a bit surprised. "..bt its not the heart that counts, but whos in it..." He said.

Sorrow smiled... "thanks, let me show you..." she took his head gently and placed it aginst her chest over where her heart is.. "silence." she said.

He looked at her kindly yet sympatheticly. "....im so sorry..." He said, removing his hand. "...that you had to, well, almost pass on." He said.

"...I wonder how long were acctually going to be in this...war...." She said, almost inaudiably.

" me too." he could see the red mist forming again.

Sorrow sighed... "no need to be sorry... just telling you, it isn't fun at all."

"....there was a reason...well...but theres not a reason anymore..." He said. "....im glad I found you..."

Axie looked around. "..hnn..."

The red mist sparked somthing in her memory, but she didn't know why. Some natural, old instinct. She looked around.

Kyouri looked into her eyes once more and leaned down, and kissed her lightly.
