XD That would be pure genius.

Marie rolled her eyes and said, "You're too kind, dear sir. Too kind." She giggled and followed Gale toward the backstage area. "Well, I would just say that Scott is family. After all, you do look similar. Not exceedingly, but enough to guess you might be related." She then examined the soldier carefully, her eyes narrowing. "I wonder... he might be one of the foreign soldiers brought to exterminate... non-humans." The thought made her weary because, though she was human, she still had natural powers. To the pro-human forces, that was just as bad as being a vampire or a werewolf. In fact, if they knew that the private school taught children to use their powers, it would be destroyed immediately.

Romano would be backing away in fear like "WHY D:"

Gale stopped in his tracks and eyed the man with a strange intensity. "No, I don't think so. In fact... He looks familiar. I don't know where I've seen him and now that I look at his uniform, its a high ranking one from one of our allies. In fact, I think he might be some type of wizard. Wait, I recognize him! He visited Azazel's shop a few times to get supplies for his troop or something. I don't know his name though, but I at least don't think he's bad. Plus he wouldn't be able to get in here too easily if he was from the bad side- there's a charm in the front of the restaurant that complicates a human's ability to walk through doors. Like how humans get those charms that keep ghosts out and stuff like that. Its amazing how magic can be used against them when they try so hard to keep us out." Gale approached the soldier and tapped him on the shoulder. "You look familiar. Have we met?"

(can you be him pleaaaaaase? i felt like adding new characters and felt like forcing you xD)

It would be beyond amazingness!

Marie stared at the soldier warily, keeping a good distance from him. She still didn't feel any form of trust towards men in military uniforms. She'd heard too many stories about their brutality and kidnappings to approach them without caution. The soldier looked at Gale and Marie, then said, "You look familiar as well... and so do you." He looked at Marie, then back to Gale. "Hm... ah. Are you from the shop in the woods? With the older man and his wife? She sells... special objects." He tried to catch another glance of the girl in the kimono, but was unable to do so very well. "Hm... and you... you're the little girl, aren't you! You've grown since I last saw you. I'm Wilhelm Schneider. But everyone calls me Will, seeing as they can't get that the w sounds like a v."

Oh snap, you gave him a German name.

Gale smiled and offered his hand. "Gale Spry. Azazel is my mentor, and this is my fiance Marie. The man is her father. And that..." Gale paused and tried to hide his smirk but fail, "girl you seem so interested in talking to is actually a relative of mine. Do you frequent this little restaurant often? And how are the war efforts going? I've been seeing a lot of men in uniform lately and I'm curious." He tried to see Scott and shook his head. "Wow... he vanished." Gale mumbled to himself before looking back at Wilheim. "Ah, thats a different name. I know our country is made up of a lot of different types of people... But where exactly are you from? My family has origins in the human country's of Lithuania, Finland and possibly Estonia and Poland."

Oh yeah <3

Will shook his hand heartily, then offered his hand to Marie. She, still being unsure of him, kept her hand at her side, clenched in a fist. He coughed nervously, then looked back to where Scott had been. Rats. The girl was gone. "Well, I'm actually from Germany. I migrated here to be in the international military academy. I studied there and after graduation I went back home to support my parents." He continued talking, seeming to get more comfortable as he spoke with Gale.

Meanwhile, Marie snuck into the back to hunt for Scott. She finally saw him in his girly get up, and ran over to him. "Scott!" She whispered, giving him a hug. "Oh Scott! It's been so long!"

I was like AWWWW YEAAAHHHHHH. When I saw the name. I love that name <3

Gale smiled and leaned against the wall. "Ah, thats it. Germany. I haven't traveled a lot in my life, but I may have visited when I was young and this war didn't exist. So tell me- what about this, ah, girl that has your attention? You were all grins before." Gale was trying to give him a hint that something was off but he had a feeling it wasn't working. "Pretty voice- it runs in my family, you see."

Scott jumped and turned around, his brown eyes wide in shock. "Ah, Marie!" If his face wasn't so covered in makeup he would be blushing. "Yes, it has been a long time." He giggled awkwardly before sitting down. "How did you know it was me? And please tell me Gale isn't here..." He patted on the pillow next to him and then ran his hand through his hair. "Long hair is horrendous to take care of- it knots up every time I perform. How did you find out I work here? Seriously, I never tell anyone. Unless you guys found it yourself?"

Me too! Wilhelm. So regal <3

Will said, "You... talk as if there's something wrong with her? Is she taken or something? Oh gosh, is she a lesbian?" He chuckled, his nerves getting to him again. "I just... that would be awkward." He put his hands in his pockets, but still managed to stand tall. "Oh. Do you sing as well, then?"

"Oh... well, Gale is here. He knew it was you almost instantly. He nearly died of shock." She sat down next to him, then patted his hand gently. "Gale said that you worked here, but we didn't quite know what your job entailed." She coughed nervously, then looked down at her lap. "I... so... do you... that is... do you enjoy your job?" She looked up at Scott again, confusion evident on her face. It didn't seem like this was what he wanted to be doing.

I really like the name Mathias too. I think thats German, but it might not be.

Gale rubbed the back of his head. "How well do you handle shocking news? Because that girl is actually... Wait, I won't say anything. But what do you like about her? She's not taken or anything and not lesbian. Tell me what you like about her... And what you would do if she wasn't exactly... Who 'she' appears to be. It all depends on how open minded you are, Wilheim. I could introduce you two... But there's extra baggage that comes with dating my family. And me? I was denied of the singing ability. I'm decent but no where near as good on the ears. My father is actually an opera singer and my mother can carry a tune. What about you- do you enjoy music? You were all ears during the performance." Gale poked Will and smiled at him teasingly.

Scott's breath hitched a bit. "He's not angry, right? And this... This is because I love performing. But they do not let men openly perform here- we all dress in drag. There's only a few actually female people here. I only do this to get practice on the stage. I don't enjoy dressing as a woman- some of the men get too liberal with their hands. Its uncomfortable and I have a few followers. That man with the flowers isn't bad but I'd hate to break his heart with the news of my... Yeah. He seems genuinely nice and I see him here often but it wouldn't work. I mean, I do kind of like being around men... But I, er, I don't know."

Hmm.. I'll look it up!

Wilhelm suddenly got a look of total shock on his face. Baggage? Oh gosh... At a place with female performers, that could mean one thing. "You mean... you put an emphasis on she... she's not a girl. She is a he? Oh no..." He sat down in a state of disbelief. "I... I mean... I... I don't quite... go that way. I have nothing against drag queens, but... umm... Wow this is awkward. I mean, I could be friends with him, of course, but... I don't know." He put the flowers aside and gave a loud sigh. "Gee. I guess it was honestly the performances that drew me in. There was feeling behind the bubble gum pop sound. I loved that. I don't know if I wanted him as a performer or a person, but... No, I don't think it would be right for me to pursue this. Especially with the strict army laws." He got to his feet.

"He's not mad. Just... very surprised. Honestly, I think it's because he knows you're too good to be forced to perform in drag, when you don't want to. You have too much talent for this place. When we were in school together, you were like our rock star! I remember, when I was eleven, I was infatuated with you. Gale wasn't happy about it of course, but you were like.. like Elvis to those girls in the fifties. You deserve a job where you're happy. And... well, judging from his manner, I think that man might be one of those wife and kids type fellows. I wouldn't trust him though. Soldiers are the worst nowadays."

I'm too lazy to do so anymore xD

Gale bit his lip. "The way you put it... It sounds as if gays aren't treated to kindly in the army, huh? And trust me, he isn't a drag queen. I could tell me was miserable up there- believe me, he's my brother. This is probably some scheme he made up to perform on stage. And I'm sorry man, I mean... You looked really happy there. I doubt it was the performance you liked- I have my suspicions that you come here often since Scott, thats his name by the way, came over and stroked your hair. He's not really friendly like that so he must recognize you. But what would you do if he were interested in you?"

Scott blushed a bit. "You used to like me? And thanks, I appreciate the ego boost. This is just to make money for now so that I can make a name for myself. And ah, its a shame... I'll admit that soldier man is kind of good looking. But yeah, stuff like this would be pointless to follow out. And I'm glad Gale isn't angry at me. It would be the worst if he saw me like this and rejected me- I swear to never cross dress after this. And I really want to cut my hair to be like chin length or something. This hair to my mid back is not working out well and this makeup is dreadful for my skin. I feel so gross right now."

XD Hahaha I always look up names.

Will said, "Well... I don't know. I mean... I'm not really interested in men, to be honest. And no, they aren't. The army's afraid all the gay men would be getting together and spreading disease in the army. It's a foolish fear, but it exists, none the less. I was attracted to her... him, but I honestly thought that he was a girl. I... I think I would like to be friends, or at least on kind terms."

"Yes, I did," Marie admitted, blushing herself. "I would watch you in every school concert, from the band section. But.. you know, I bet, if you got into a theater company without the drag, you would meet someone, anyone, who likes you for who you are. No extra makeup, no super long hair. Just you." She smiled slightly and patted Scott's hand. "Gale will lways love you. You're his brother."

I do too sometimes.

I like Eastern European names- they have a weird ring to them.

"I'll introduce you guys then. Trust me, he's a good guy. I'm waiting for him to come over here- I had no idea this was his job. I'm honestly in as much shock as you are. Right Marie... Marie?" He looked around and blinked. "She vanished. Weird. Ah, maybe she's talking to him now. Once again, I'm sorry about all of this." Gale looked away and sighed, rubbing the back of his head. "So... I don't know what else to say, really. I had no idea it would be this depressing to out my brother."

Scott kissed Marie on the cheek and smiled warmly. "Thanks a lot- you were always the sweet heart. Do you really think I would be good in the theatre? I would love to be on stage... Not wearing makeup. Speaking of which, I want to go wash this off before I approach Gale. I do it all the time- this heavy white powder is only for performance since it looks nice under the bright lights. The Kimono's are extremely comfortable. But wow, you make me blush from all of the compliments. Thanks again." He patted her cheek and got up. "Just wait for me by Gale- I'll be there in a minute."

Yes! I like Russian names too.

Will nodded and sighed ruefully, giving a nod. he then stood up as Marie walked up to the two of them, linking her arm through Gale's and smiling up at him, a red kiss mark on her cheek. "Um... Scott's going to be out in just a minute," she said, grinning with embarrassment. "He wanted to wash off the makeup and get fixed up before coming to see you." She had figured, by the look on Will's face, that he had figured it out or something.

Male Russian names are full of epicness. Like oh my god, you don't even understand how awesome they are.

Gale smirked a bit and cleaned the red mark off of Marie's face with his sleeve. "I see he kissed your cheek, the little brat." He put an arm around Marie and rested his head on top of hers. "Does he think I'm angry with him? And did you get any info on what his sexuality may be? I'm so nervous for when he comes here... And for the sake of embarrassing Will here, what did he have to say about Mr. Soldier? Did he make googoo eyes and say 'what a man?'" Gale laughed and poked Will again before shaking his head and glancing up at the sound of some type of clicking. He smiled and waved to Scott who was approaching them with a much cleaner face. Even without the making he looked feminine with the red flush on his cheeks. "Ah, look who's here! Scottrina, my ah... Girl."

Scott glared at Gale before breaking out in a grin. "Ah, look who it is. How did you find me?" He punched him on the shoulder before looking at Will and turning more red. "Ah, hello..."

YES I DO!!!! <3333

Will averted his eyes from the happy couple, feeling very awkward about the whole situation. Honestly, he just wanted to run out of the place and not come back. He felt humiliated be his lack of insight.

Marie giggled and kissed Gale gently. "He was afraid you'd be mad. Of course I told him you aren't. I think he's still discovering himself. He said that Mr. Schneider was good looking, but he wasn't all googly eyed. He was very rational and mature about the whole thing." When Gale called Scott Scottarina, Marie gave him a look of disapproval. Poor Will looked he was about to die from shame. "Mr. Schneider, this is Scott Spry. Scott, this is Mr. Wilhelm Schneider."

Dude... I could make a freaking fanclub for Russian male names.

They are just so freaking manly xD

Scott looked up at Will and gave him a warm smile. "Hello there." He offered him his hand to shake while the blush faded on his cheeks. "I'm sorry about Gale here- he's so impolite and feeds off of making others feel awkward. You are always here... Do you enjoy the food? And I see a lot more of you men in uniform in here everyday. Is there anything I can do for you while you are here? I make good tea and... Yeah." Scott had a little bit of a lilt to his voice and was especially trying to make Will feel better. He looked at Gale in a way that said 'I'll kill you later' and then went back to smiling. "In fact, I'll make us a pot of tea if you'll have me."

Most definitely. But my fave names are Irish names.

Will shook his hand and said, "Sure, tea would be great. I do enjoy the food, although it's very different from the style of food I'm used to. And with our troops being moved into more diverse areas to aid in the... quarantine of the non-humans, it's not hard to see more soldiers everywhere." He seemed anxious when he spoke of the war.

Maria pulled Gale aside, seeing that their food was waiting at the table. "Come along, darling, the food is here." Once they were out of earshot, she nudged him in the side. "Gale, that was terrible of you! Those poor young men are probably so embarrassed right now!"

I love Italian names. I hate my last name- its so Irish.

I was heart broken when I found out I wasn't actually English D:

Scott picked up on Will's anxiousness and bit his lip. "It must be hard to be enlisted, but let us not talk about that. Here, follow me. This is a safe haven- humans could never get in here. See all of those wind chimes and papers placed everywhere? They serve as a barrier- the owner here is very spiritual. A lovely older woman she is indeed. She has a gift in magic but not like Azazel, the witch of the forest. That is true power there. So tell me more about yourself." He grabbed a tea pot and 2 cups from a passing waiter and held them to his chest to make sure they wouldn't fall. "I'm curious since you are always here."

Gale sighed playfully and put a hand to his forehead. "I love to tease the kid, and that Will guy is just so open with his feelings. He thought Scott was lesbian- I nearly died right there. It was adorable and he kept looking for him everywhere. Poor man, poor man indeed."

I wish I had a super irish last name!

Will said, "Well... I'm from Germany. I have a very close bond with my family, especially my younger sister. I've taken care of her since our parents died recently. I've had to visit Azazel due to her illness. She is a very fragile girl, very stubborn, though. I have a fondness for classical music, soccer, and hiking. And you?" He took a sip of his tea quietly, giving a soft sigh.

Marie grinned and pulled Gale close to herself, giving him a passionate kiss. She knew that they usually weren't into PDA, but it was her turn to embarrass him. She brought a leg up and around his hips, grinning devilishly. "Am I making you nervous?" She asked playfully.

My last name should honestly be Medina though, which is Spanish.

I have my mom's maiden name.

Scott smiled warmly and took a sip of his own tea daintily, his eyes averted from Will in a flirtatious matter- he couldn't help it, this was part of his job. "You sound like a kind man and I'd love to meet your sister. Do you two look alike? Such pretty blonde hair you have. Its a rare thing in these parts. I myself was born and raised here. My parents live on the other side of town- I go the academy here, you see. Gale is my only brother and sibling that I have. I myself am fond of the Japanese culture, I love world history and literature. The arts are lovely and time outdoors is well spent. Soccer is fun to play but I am not very good. I'm good at tennis though. American baseball is fun as well."

Gale's face flushed bright red and his eyes went wide. "Marie... Oh dear god... Not here." He stared at the food on his plate and puffed out his cheeks. "This is so embarrassing! When we are alone..." He squeaked when her leg wrapped around him. "It is a good thing I told you to where pants, miss!" Now he grinned dumbly but refused to make eye contact.
