Jade said to Croy, "How many children--if we ever have any-- would you want to have?" Lately, she had been thinking a lot about children. She was immortal, nobody needed to take her place. But still, it would be nice to have a family.

Aviance was sick. Chills wracked her body, but sweat dripped down her face. She was also losing her lunch every hour or so.

What happened? D:

Jade said, "Okay.... Croy? I'm sorry that I keep asking about it. I guess I'm just... nervous, and insecure. I mean, what if I get destroyed? I'm worried about what will happen... to you. Although, I like to believe I'm easy to get over. Jackson did that just fine. And my everyone else who's ever known me."

A friend of mine I hadnt heard from for a while, who recently graduated (Spring), I found out had died. In June. And no one told me.

I was kind of... shocked. She was an amazing artist, and a really nice person to be with. She didnt judge.

Ever since she graduated she had been having trouble breathing, and moving from place to place. She had quit her job, so she wouldnt have health care from her new job until this month.

In June she felt really terribly in particular, so she went to the hospital with her fiance but they didnt do anything for her because she had no health care, and the next morning she died because her lung just gave out. But I just found all this out last night.

So because of that I feel particularly awful.

He laughed quietly. "No, your gentle." He smiled afterwards, curling up against him.

Croy shook his head. "Its fine. Nothing is wrong with being anxious..." Still, he let out a sigh. "Its not you, its me. Thinking about you."

That's terrible!

I'm so sorry for your loss. I wish you had been told sooner.

"About me? Why?" She looked at him, raising an eyebrow, now slightly worried.

i hate how you don't get care because you have no insurance.

that's a terrible thing to happen, and how could no one tell you?

i'm sorry about that.

Willard blushed a bit, "I am..."

Alli bit his lip, "Let's take you to see Sora."

I dont know, I guess no one cared enough to let me know.

Her fiance has been up in Maine, because thats where she always wanted to go (To see the whirlpool there), so he released her ashes there.

"No reason." He smiled slightly. "More of how someone could forget about such a wonderful girl."

"You are." He nodded once.

That's a really beautiful thing to do for someone.

Jade said, "Wonderful. I wish. I've only caused trouble for everyone I know." She sighed, feeling disappointed in herself.

Aviance nodded weakly, then tried to pull herself to her feet. She suddenly felt lightheaded.

It's very sad. I wish the doctors had done something, instead of turning her away.

Jade said, "Because I don't...... I guess... I just don't like who I am. Or what my presence does to people."

Aviance nodded, moving to wipe sweat from her forehead. "Okay..." she said, barely able to breathe by this point.

Doctors are jerks who want money and dont care about you. I live next door to someone who works in the ICU. She says to me, "People die all the time, and its not really a big deal. I get paid for telling people that they have so many days left to live, after all."

Our country is f*cked.

"Well." He turned, facing her, and his eyes searched her face as if he could actually see. "Your preasence calms me. It helas and soothes me, and makes me feel whole. Do you hate that?"

He nodded. "I dont remeber a mom. But she probably didnt care about me like you do."

it may not be a big deal to her, but to others, it is.

>___>

Willard kissed Avar's neck softly. "I will take care of you."

That's a terrible way to look at the deaths of people!

I can't stand people like that. I know, death happens every day. But how can we be human if we become uncaring? If we become apathetic?

Aviance suddenly leaned over and spat up blood. "I don't have a will written..." She muttered, delusional. "Then again... I haven't a penny to my name..."

Jade shook her head. "No. In fact, I feel like that's why I exist. I just wish I could do that for everyone... I want to help the world."

Who knows.

Like, Ive known a lot of people to die, but its still an awful situation for the family and friends, and the person themselves.

He smiled slightly. "Maybe you should start by helping yourself."

Avar let out a slight gasp, his warm body still not quite used to Willards cold lips.
