"Because the raw lead and metal under the shell makes it all the more dangerous and toxic to the body." She murmured. "Thats why hes so bad off, still." She picked up some tweezers and pulled out the one she was trying to get free.

"Can he still be saved?" Willard asked.

 

[Self:.:Pity]

"Yes." She said. "We have medical equipment and your lovely power to keep people from dying. Lets put it to good use."

She was definatly all back.

"It should work then." He nodded, picking out another.

 

[Self:.:Pity]

She nodded, then looked him over. "I think thats all he had."

"Okay. Let's just check all over him. Just to be safe, you know?"

She nodded. "Then we take care of his other wounds."

Willard smiled, "of course."

She nodded, and backed up, glancing over the kid. He already looked better, more relaxed- if you can call what state he was in relaxed.

Willard nodded, slipping off Avar's clothing.

Axie inspected his chest, looking for any more serious wounds. There were deep slashes in his torso, but he seemed not to have anything else lodged in him.

He was checking his legs and such, and bit his lip. "so much abuse."

"Its like..." She paused. "Why did they beat him?"

"He was trying to break out." He whispered.

 

[Self:.:Pity]

She nodded, and ran a hand along his arm. "Its like hes been through these beatings before, but it got worse every time."

"I feel so terrible." He sighed.

Axie turned and walked twords the sink. "Help me wipe him down with some antibacterial stuff and the like. We dont want anything to get infected."

Willard nodded. "Get it."

She sighed. "What do you think im doing, you moron?" She was smiling though, not angry.
