I'm not sure if I should post a reply here or not. It seems that so much is being misunderstood and despite trying to explain it all as simply as I can, I see from the replies there are still members who are misinterpreting this.
I honestly don't think it serves any positive purpose to ask for any inappropriate post or meme that has been edited or removed to be re-posted.
There were several memes and comments posted in the Fun Stuff topic which were not universally age appropriate.
It was my interpretation of what is age appropriate in a Fun Stuff topic on a tamagotchi community forum that is open to all ages (0 years - 100+years).
I feel it's important to try to explain moderating decisions to avoid misunderstandings. Some of the words and phrases I used were interpreted as being homophobic and an invitation to debate current LBGTQ issues within the Fun Stuff topic.
I'll just say again what I tried to explain before.
I edited some of the memes to remove anything that I thought was not universally age appropriate.
Some of the memes or comments I deleted for the same reason.
Their content was not universally age appropriate for a posting game in the Fun Stuff forum.
I don't have any hidden agenda other than to moderate the TamaTalk forums as best I can based on the site rules.
I understand that some people disagree. I based my decision on my interpretation of TamaTalk site rules.
Now we have a situation where discussions in this topic have also been reported as potentially provoking or causing more tension, so I am just going to close this and ask for your understanding.
