**timeskip to that night (around 6 PM)**
Hime opened her eyes and sat up slowly. She was in her room on her tatami mat. She listened and could hear people talking in the house. It seemed that her friends had taken her home and were waiting for her to wake up. Hime looked at herself, realizing that she was in her kimono. Hime lived in a traditional Japanese household; her family lived in a traditional Japanese home, they used proper honorifics, and the women always wore kimonos while at home. Her father (PapaGozarutchi) was a very strict man, and he was always busy with his job as a TamaWay director. Her mother, MamaShigurehimetchi, stayed at home. Hime's younger sister, Sakuramotchi, was in the same grade and best friends with Kingyobatchi (Miku's little sister.) Hime's older brother, Gozarutchi, was a college student. Hime's grandfather, Ojitchi (everyone in the family calls him Oji-chan), lived in the household with them. Hime stood up on her tatami, smoothed out her kimono, put her indoor slippers on, and opened the fusuma to her bedroom. The fusuma was a sliding door which led to the rouka (wooden-floored hallway) that followed the edge of her home. She walked gracefully down the rouka, and then opened another fusuma, stepping into the ima (living room) where everyone was talking. Hime bowed to her mother and grandfather, who were in the room as well. "Hello mother, hello Oji-chan."
"HIME-CHAN!!!!" Sakuramotchi came running into the ime, nearly tripping over her little kimono before glomping her older sister. Hime giggled, hugging her sister tightly. "Be careful, Sakura-chan! You don't want to rip your new kimono, do you?"
