Is your handwriting neat or messy?

My Handwriting is Neat, but if i rush its really messy!

I chose somewhrere in the middle bcause whenever I'm writing normal sentences it's neat but when I'm writing HYPER STUFF LIKE THIS WITH A MILLION !!!!!!EXCLAMATION MARKS!!!!!!! which I do very often, it's messy because the hyper text makes me write fast and I'm like ZZZZZZRRRRRRR and it's all messed up. So really, it's half messy and half neat!
