I feel so sorry 4 u but remember ur not alone! And if u think about it there could b worse but still TT is here 4 u! I hav a friend who has it 2 she was crying 4 the rest of the day when she found out... My mama (gradma) had a sister called Loren and back then (around 1916) they had no needles or anything 2 prevent death so sadly Loren passed away. :( at least we are more advanced :D

I hate this i'm talking to my friends on the phone and they are treating me differently now when I want to be treated the same
If they continue to treat you differently, tell them that you are the same person and shouldn't be treated differently because of a diagnosis.

Everyone takes it differently I guess, it's a little scary when you don't know what your diagnosed with.

It's very brave of you not to cry, just keep your hopes up, diabetes can be taken care of easily.

There's a 4? This is news to me o_O;; Is that like the Juvenile type?
Diabetes is not the worst thing in the world to have. I've known those with family members and a couple of my relatives to have this condition. It just means you will have to take care of yourself a bit more and make any lifestyle changes needed to not have complications later.
Strong chance I may have diabetes too-my mom has it. One you get into the habit of bringing your inciline everywhere it'll be as easy as 123. They're inventing some kind of machine that takes your inciline for you...so you won't have to do anything. I am telling the truth, honest.

Anyway, you'll pull through! Ring childline if you think it's too much for you. Don't think "How could they help?" or "I'm not important enough" Their job is to make you happy.

That insulin machine, if I understand what your talking about is an insulin pump, and my friend is getting one, yay!

If I remember what he told me its a little machine that has a tube that goes into your stomach, and you set the settings for meals and stuff, and it gives you insulin. You can take the machine off when you go swimming I think.

I hate getting my blood taken every once a year now I can imagine how much i'd hate it if I have to prick my finger once a day everyday

It takes getting used to, but its not as big of a deal as you think. Trust me I don't like it when I have to give blood you need to prick your finger as well as your arm but it could be a lot worse :D Just relax and it won't bother you so much.
