I told you guys to eat right and excercise.

And this is how you repond. "OMG!!! I LYK NOE THAT ALREADY! GIVE ME SOME DIFFERENT TYPES OF IDEAS!!! HOW CAN I EXCERCISE? I'M TOO LAZY TO EXCERCISE, OMG!!!"

Honestly, if you're not going to try and put the commitment into losing some weight, and keep making excuses for every single idea that someone gives you, I hope you never ask for help on anything ever again. It's really pathetic. If you are serious about losing weight, you'll find a way that works. But if you're going to make excuses and be lazy, then it's no use. Just like TGD said.

 
Yea you are saying "NO" to what will work.

Tips to lose weigth

  • Play DDR at least 30 minutes a day if you have it.
  • If you take the bus walkor ride you bike to your house instead of your mom picking you up from the bus stop.
  • Don't have desert untill you lose some weigth.
  • If your mom bakes somthing refuse from eating it or licking the spoon.
  • If its not too cold outside go for a bike ride. At least 15 minutes.

Lucky for me I have metablism. But you shouldn't be worrying about your wieght espeically when your twelve. They say the average twelve year old wieghs about 80-90 lbs. I have a friend that's so tiny she looks five! Everyone is always thinking that twelve year old girls are tiny tiny to them there world is [SIZE=8pt] tiny. [/SIZE] 105 lb isn't that bad. That's average.

If you live in USA go to a YMCA in your neighborhood. Im 12 and I weigh 145 pounds. It really sucks so try and stay healthy while you can. I am eating right now. When you go grocerie shopping w/ your parents pick out some healthy snacks and drink alot of water when your hungry. Sometimes I eat when Im bored, not a good thing, when your bored go out and hang w/ your friends and stay active, dont be a couch potato.

Well Heres a Few Tips:

  • Eat right and Enough Portions ( Not too much )
  • Eat Every Food Group The right amount of a Portion
  • Exersice ( if you are busy you can be exersicing )
  • and.. DIETS DON'T WORK

Quick Tips:

1. Make sure that the TV is far from the snacks. That's when you are most likely to sit there and conveniently snack on junk if it's in a convenient location.

2. Invest in a jump rope. Jump while you are watching TV.

3. Wake up a bit earlier and jump rope if you don't have time to exercise.

4. Eat only when you're hungry until you're full, no more, no less.

5. Make sure you eat breakfast every day because when you don't, that's not "Oh, one less meal, less calories!" It's "Oh, one less meal then I'm hungrier later in the day and I will tend to eat more food than usual!"

6. Take some dance/sports classes with your friends. This is a good idea because you can be with your friends and get active.

7. Ask your mom not to buy any stupid foods like Little Debbie cosmic brownies that are 300 calories a pop or Twinkies or Ho-Hos or Hostess cupcakes. All of that stuff is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING how many calories that's worth. One is worse than a small breakfast, caloriewise and nutrient-wise even more horrid.

 
It's called Will Power, Self Control and actually WANTING to do something helpful to your body.
You know what??? I'm perfectly fine with my weight and the way I look. It's my dad. He keeps saying I'm gonna end up like him (330 lbs. Had to get Gastric Bypass Surgery to loose weight). He keeps making me feel insecure about my self. I tell him to stop, but he won't. I want him to stop. I can't take him anymore.

Everyone has a metabolism. The definition of metabolism is how fast your body turns food to energy, or something along those lines. You have what we would call a fast metabolism, and other people have slower metabolism, which in turn could lead to weight gain.

 
Ok, when you want to eat, stop. Think:

"Ok, do I want to eat something I don't need right now, even if it makes me happy for a couple minutes? Would I rather be healthy, or unhealthy just because I want to be happy for some minutes"

Think that, and you'll be like me :D
