I'm 12 and im 105 lbs but i have fat where my stomic is how do i get rid if it is it from me eating bad or not exersizing? ;)

pleaz i want to get rid of it! ;)

Swimming is a fun way to exersize, you could lose 10 calories in 15 minutes of swimming, which is probably an hour of walking, I think. :p

dancing is a good, healthy way too- same with Swimming.

You could go walking or jogging- or take up a sport, there are many ways. :eek:

 
You don't need to be good at swimming to enjoy it.

Be honest, it doesn't take mmuch effort, you could go swimming with a bunch of friends!

And dancing- if you like dancing. <3

 
Eat less - if you are busy, then all you need to do is leave less time to eat a large meal. Don't snack on fatty / sugary foods - snack on raw veg like crunchy carrots or frut - like apples (for example).

Exercise more - if you are busy and lazy, then start with some sit ups - try doing 10 gentle sit ups each evening just before you get into bed. It doesn't take long and it will begin to firm up your stomach muscles. It might feel like a strain for the first few days, but if you are carrying excess fat / weight, you will find it gets easier and you do lose lbs pretty quickly. Try to walk more. Don't take the bus all the way - walk to the next stop (not the nearest, for example) or get off the bus one stop earlier and walk the rest of the way.

Build it up gradually and keep it up. There's no point in going to a gym for an hour if you're not that kind of person.

Try to do stuff that doesn't make a huge impact on your time or your body.

There's no "magic" "quick fix" to losing weight and keeping it off. If you want to weigh less and stay that way, you have to make a few small changes to the way you eat and what you eat and how much exercise you take.

 
We don't like sports, we're not good at sports either!!!
That's not an excuse for not exercising. Go play with your dog in the yard (if you have one), go roller skating, sign up for sports/endurance training. "I don't like to exercise" and "I'm no good at sports" don't do you any good. You have to start believing in yourself, and start working at it a little bit at a time, every single day. When you get off the bus from school, run around the yard a few times. It's not that hard, once you get in the groove. And when you're looking for the late-night snack, ask yourself if you are really hungry, or just eating because you feel like it. If you are really hungry, try eating something low carb and full of nutrients- carrot sticks, apples, etc.

Remember: It is natural for you to gain weight, if you are in your teen years, that is, as then you are going through puberty. I made that mistake and was nearly anorexic a year ago. I am so ashamed, and am still feeling the effects now. :/

Keep trying. Soon, you'll automatically make the right choices.

Just make sure that after you use some weight, not to revert to your old eating habits. You will gain weight quickly then, and all your hard work will be lost.

Get into a fun activity like softball, baseball,cheerleading, or something else. As long as it is fun and you are able to lose weight.

But anyways, a great way is to eat healthy food, and water! Try to keep a way from those Candys and junky food!

Go on a walk, or a run! You can even bring a friend! That's what I would do! You know what else is really good? If you have it, you can do DDR for an hour or 30 min, a person in my church did that, he lost SO much pounds!! Hope I helped! :p
