If it was broken when you got it, then they should DEFINITY take it back. But if it was in the time limit of returning it, then i think they should take it bake aswell, lets see what a parent does.

This store manager is being a little...well, rude.

Bring a parent with you for extra help.

If it was broken when you got it, you need to tell them that.

An explaination is neccessary.

Be as polite as you can, and state the reasons.

Rudeness will get you nowhere, so try to stay as reasonable as you can.

Try calling the Head Office if that does'nt go well.

You deserve a refend if they have been giving you this much trouble.

In my opinion, a reciept is all you need.
