"Yes, I have indeed heard of it. It wasn't my favorite, but wasn't my least favorite, either." Taylor said, her mind screaming at her: He's so hot! What guy reads Pride and Prejudice?. She let her arms unfold, surprising herself. It was almost as if Sterling had already begun to break down the walls. Once Taylor realized that, she immeadiately re-crossed her arms.

Sterling chuckled, pleased with Taylor's reaction. "You should definitely recommend a book for me. I'm in need of a good read." He continued to walk beside Taylor, enjoying the closeness between them. He glanced her way every so often and smiled as he admired her pretty face.

"To Kill a Mockingbird is my favorite book. I loved the relationship between Jem and Scout. And I think Boo Radley is my favorite fictional character out of every book I've read." Taylor told Sterling, not realizing how freely she was now speaking. She blew her side bangs out of her face before saying, "If you haven't read it, you need to. Otherwise you will be deprived for the rest of your life."

Sterling's face brightened. "Oh yes! I loved that book! I liked Dill too. It always made me laugh how he would always talk about marrying Scout. I thought their relationship was adorable," Sterling mused. "I actually shed a few tears during the court trial. Boo was totally innocent and the entire court knew it. But he was found guilty anyway. All because he was black." He sighed. "Racism is so horrible. I can't believe that the people of this nation were once brainwashed to think that way," Sterling said flatly and shook his head.

Blaze stared straight back at Auburn, searching her face for emotion; was she mad at him for holding the kiss too long? Every time his mind tried to process the emotions he could see on her face, something else that came up in his mind pushed the thoughts away. Anyway, it didn't matter; the scene around him was just like that of a book; only, he was inside of it. THIS was real.

Auburn reached out and tenderly put her hand on his. "Kiss me again?" she pleaded with a whisper and stared back at him through her warm blue pools. Auburn didn't want this to end and yearned to take advantage of this moment while she still could.

Taylor kept her gaze away from Sterling, not wanting to get lost somewhere in those eyes of his. She wasn't believing all of this very much, she was still pretty skeptical of him. She started going down the stairs, silent once more. She decided she wasn't about to open up to someone she'd just met.

"You're awfully quiet Taylor," Sterling pointed out with a smile as he gripped the railing of the stairs. "What's on your mind?"

Blaze slowly nodded, and gently placed his hand on Auburn's cheek before reaching in for another kiss. The warmth of the kiss spread from Blaze's mouth to the rest of his body, sending a sensation of ecstasy. Although his eyes had been open for the first two seconds of the kiss, he slowly allowed them to close.

"Yeah, sorry," Angel said, "I was never good at being someones private Psychiatrist. And I have never really been in the situation that you're in. If I ever get in a situation that you're in, guess who I would be going to. So I advise you to try and somehow find someone in the mansion who has gone through this situation before, or you might need to go face to face with Blaze."

Auburn let the kiss unfold, not bothering to pull away. They were alone and Auburn had no intention of cutting the moment short. Her eyes remained closed as Auburn carefully and gently kissed Blaze.

"Think I'll have to go face to face with the guy since I doubt any of the people in this mansion probably want to be interrupted by someone like me bursting into the room while they form their romances. Sides, the only siblings I've seen here are pretty darn close and I highly doubt that they have that sort of situation." Cade slowly got up and put a hand to his now-sore leg, slightly twisting up his face in pain.

Blaze himself also had no intention of letting go; actually, he had gone completely numb and nothing seemed to exist in the world except for the moment he happened to find himself in.

"What's with the funny face?" Angel teased, jabbing her vampire-like tooth into her lips. Angel shrugged, "ignore that, I admit it. I can be a total backside pain sometimes. And I really want to eat some cookies, when I get a craving, I become a little angrier than usual." Angel got up, "I'm gonna go raid the kitchen, bye."

Cade waved at Angel as he began to stroll down the other side of the hall, back toward Blaze's suite. He noticed the door was open halfway and then he peeked in to see his brother kissing that one girl he had seen only once a while back. He slowly backed up, and then turned and broke into a trot right after he got out of the door, feeling extremely mortified. Oh goooooooooooooood. I hope Blaze didn't see me.. Ohgodohgodohgod...

Angel found herself in the kitchen, but was shocked to not find one cookie in the whole entire place. But on one shelf there was a whole row of cake mixes, cupcake mixes, cookie mixes and many more.

"Oh jolly, I guess I'm gonna be cooking something tonight," Angel said with sarcastic joy, "especially when I don't want to cook."

Sterling nodded and clicked his barbell on the back of his teeth as he walked with Taylor. He remained silent, not knowing how to respond to Taylor's comment. Because he wasn't sure what she meant, he didn't want to say anything that might seem like he had taken her response the wrong way. Sterling stuffed his hands into his pockets, his thoughts straying to his sister and what she was up to.

Meanwhile Auburn found herself getting lost in the tender moment she was sharing with Blaze. The rush of emotion and warmth, the extacy that flooded through her with each touch of their lips. As their faces parted once more Auburn could do nothing but stare at him with a dreamy, lovestruck expression on her face. Out of force of habit, she unknowingly reached up and tucked a strand of her magenta streaked black hair behind her ear before bringing her attention back to Blaze.

Blaze stared back at Auburn with an equally smooth expression, and he opened his mouth as if to say something,m but shut it, finding himself unable to say anything. After three tries of trying to speak, he finally managed to say, "I.. I... That.." He decided to just give up on trying to say anything, instead choosing to quietly stare back at Auburn.

As he ran down the hall, Cade tried to remember where Angel said she was underneath the thoughts and image of his fraternal twin kissing a girl. He remembered how she had talked about cookies, and he instantly knew where to go. Swerving around the many corners of the hallway, he finally reached the kitchen. He stalked up behind Angel and then took a bag of the cookie mix from behind her, commenting, "Cookies sound just about good right now, seeing as I got to see my brother's first kiss and I need a mental distraction from it, plus the fact I'm starving." Without waiting for a response, he began to simply pull out the utensils needed to make cookies- bowl, spoon, tablespoon, teaspoon, cups and the ingredients needed listed on the package.

OOC: -Goes to get cookie mix instructions out of cupboard.-

"Right then," Angel fully set on making cookies that she forgot the sentence Cade just exclaimed.

"Chocolate chips, yummy. I'll just go and preheat the oven," Angel said before walking over the oven, it was very small but not as confusing as big ovens. Angel pulled the cooking mode to bake, then but the temperature to 180 degrees and pulled the last notched backwards to 'On'.

Cade followed the instructions on the cardboard box before beginning to plop out blobs of chocolate chippy goodness onto a pan. He licked the spoon when he finished, savoring the flavor. Although he normally tried to stay as healthy as possible, yummy food like this were always a nice distraction from reality whenever he got down in the dumps. He turned to Angel. "So, uh, is the oven ready?"
