Cade awoke from his long nap and he blinked his eyes sleepily. "Ugh.." He looked around. "Where am I again... Oh yeah... That's right, the mansion place." He unhappily thought, Ugh, I wish I was back at home.. I should have gone to leadership camp with everybody else instead..Groaning, he got up and scratched his disheveled hair as he walked out of the recreation room. A sad, lonely feeling came over him, and he desperately missed all his friends from both New York City and Seattle. Cade tried to shake the feeling away, but found it hard. He felt so vulnerable, like the emotions he used to feel all the time when he was little and lost in the huge flagship Macy's in Manhattan.

Shaula awoke soon after, her appearance ruined and her hair messed up. She pulled out a pocket mirror and looked at herself. "Oh no!" she shrieked as she ran back to her room and tried to fix herself up.

"I wish Scarlette was here," muttered Angel, the thought of her little Jack-Russell gave her a hint of joy. She turned her head to gaze out at the beautiful starry sky and a glowing full moon, it was a sight that gave her a smile, "how romantic, how fitting."

Angel walked closer to the window, gazing out at the sky, she started to feel tired. Angel felt her body go warm, she felt a breeze come from the window as she lifted it open, she felt so calm, and romantic.

Shaula tried her best to fix her ruined appearance. Her eyeliner and mascara had been running. "I CRIED in my sleep?" she mumbled sleepily to herself. She could not recall dreaming of anything sad, nor did she have a reason to cry. But she did not care, all she cared about is that she looked like an unkept raccoon. She took a brush and combed out her matted hair with a hairbrush, and removed her headband. She took some makeup remover to her face, wiping off the raccoon-like eyeliner and mascara. Shaula looked up at herself, surprised. She actually looked better natural. She smiled to herself, then checked her watch. It was exactly 7:17.

Auburn grinned. "You kind of just described me there," she said with a small laugh. "Well I'm not giggly or airheaded. But I love to be different. It's not working that well here, seeing as everyone and their mother plays some kind of instrument or sings. Back home NO one did anything musical." Auburn sighed and rested her hand underneath her chin. "But I would never give up music just to be different. I actually like having so many musicians in one setting. Gives us all a connection. Something to have in common." Auburn smiled as she said this, her dimples creasing deeper into her cheeks.

Sterling grinned even wider and clicked his barbell on the back of his teeth. "Well Pretty Lady, how easily charmed are you?" he asked smoothly and put Charlie off to the side. Sterling sat up straighter so that he could get a better view of Taylor from where he was sitting. He was glad that she had talked to him.

Kaylin looked around, standing on her tip-toes to read the book titles. She had never heard of most of these books, let alone read them.

Taylor raised an eyebrow. "Not very easily. But you can keep trying. It's kind of funny." Taylor replied with a slight smirk. She crossed her arms, looking smug. Taylor was witty. ANd she wasn't about to let an attractive guy fluster her.

ooc: Sorry for the fail, it's been a long long day.

Jack heard a noise, it sounded like the familiar sound of a door moving. Nahh no one was in here too. Jack turned back to the tiny door in the wall he crouched down and shone the light inside. He wondered where this tiny passageway lead to. Maybe a secret room somewhere in this castle of a home. He shone the light. Against the walls, he wondered if he should go in there and explot now or if he should wait unil later.

"You're right." Blaze said, his shoulders relaxing from the previous moments of embarrassment. "Although back where I lived in Seattle, there were lots of music-y people. But they were considered the geeky, boring people so any time I tried to go near them, the other football guys or preppy girls would make fun of me and them, so eventually, the music people learned to stay away from me." The memory was enough to make Blaze turn red again, but this time, it wasn't in embarrassment, but cold, hard anger.

Sterling grinned. This girl had a backbone. He decided to use a different approach, seeing as this girl would only reject any attention he tried to give. "Well then. I guess I'll just have to give up, seeing as I'll never be able to charm such a pretty lady as yourself." He smiled, Sterling's handsome face radiating with mischief and fun. Keeping his eyes locked on Taylor, Sterling picked up Charlie and began to strum once more, softly humming along through his boyish grin.

Auburn softly touched his arm, a tender gesture to help ease the pain of his memory. One that she knew all too well. "I know what it's like to be made fun of. More than people know. Those people tortured me Blaze. They did things to me that no girl should ever experience." She shuddered at the thought of what those girls did to her in high school. All out of pure jealousy.

"Why do people do that? Why do people like to hurt the people who they think are above them, even though they're just wasting time that they should be spending trying to make themselves into better people?" Blaze asked, his anger still showing on his face. "I wish sometimes that people could just learn already." He let out a long breath, and then the red color somewhat vanished from his cheeks. He stood up, and turned around to open the fridge and take out a box of small single serve ice cream cups. He took one, and then offered another to Auburn.

Auburn's full lips pulled into a smile at Blaze's kind offer. "I love ice cream!" she said excitedly and took the cup from blaze. She tore off the wooden spoon attached to the lid of the small cup of ice cream before ripping the top off and licking the small amount of ice cream underneath. Auburn smiled contentedly and dipped her spoon into the creamy goodness, making sure to get a big spoonful before popping it into her mouth. "Mmmm," she said as she let the ice cream melt in her mouth. "This is so good," Auburn stated happily before standing up from her stool. "Wait here," she told Blaze and went to one of the big refrigerators in the large kitchen. Auburn had to rummage though two or three of them before finding what she was after, but finally managed to find it. She walked back to where she and Blaze were sitting and pulled out a can of whipped cream from behind her back. "What good is ice cream without a little whipped cream?" she said with a smug grin before popping the top off and spraying a good sized amount on the surface of her cup. Auburn grinned at Blaze and set the can down between them in case he wanted some as well. She took her finger and swiped some of the whipped cream from her cup, softly leaning over and dabbing Blaze's nose with the topping in an attempt to cheer him up.

Looks:

black+scene+hair.jpg

Suit: 19

Other: Brooke is very feisty and extremely arrogant. She doesn't care what anyone thinks and gets enjoyment out of pissing people off. She's lazy and is only concerned about what she will gain from the situation. Most people dislike Brooke because of this, but she could care less one way or another. Brooke loves to chase after boys and will flirt with anyone she cares to flirt with, no matter what anyone says or thinks.

(Hope this is okay. I'm feeling extremely lazy right now but wanted to add another character.)

Blaze was beginning to open up his chocolate ice cream when Auburn had put the dot of whipped cream on his nose. Laughing, he took the can of whipped cream, and then squirted some of it at her face. He then put some whipped cream on his ice cream before ripping the spoon off, and beginning to dig into the icy, creamy deliciousness.

Shaula went back to the TV room and watched some late night old tv. She liked the old shows, no matter what others would say. She sat on the white couch, picked up the remote, and turned it on. The odds were in her favor, Seinfield was on. Shaula laid across the couch and laughed. Maybe being here wasn't so bad after all.

Auburn laughed as the cold topping hit her face and an involuntary squeal escaped her throat. Surprised that such a noise would come from her, Auburn just continued to laugh. She took out her phone and looked at her reflection in the shiny face of the device. Auburn looked at Blaze and pretended to pout, crossing her arms and even adding a slight protrusion of her lower lip. Even with whipped cream all over her face, it still did nothing to take away from how adorable Auburn was. She laughed once more and made a silly face toward Blaze while reaching for a napkin to wipe the now drying whipped cream off of herself.

Brooke stumbled off of the bus, her large duffle bag slung across her back. She took a long drag of the cigarette resting gingerly on the side of her lip before dropping it to the ground and crushing it with the heel of her shoe. Brooke looked up, finally getting a good view of the mansion for the first time. "Dxnm," she muttered in disbelief and tried to adjust the heavy duffle bag on her back. Brooke had always heard about this place but never expected it to be this big. She grinned, excitement flooding through her. Oh the possibilities! All the guys she could flirt with, all of the girls she could pi** off. All the while being in the next best thing to the Playboy Mansion. Oh how sweet life was in Brooke's world.

Blaze started to laugh loudly at Auburn's actions, and he nearly choked on the syrup of melting-in-his-mouth ice cream. When he finally stopped laughing after about a minute, he took another bite of ice cream before bursting into laughter again. This process repeated one more time before he finally managed to take the last bite of his ice cream, and say, "Aaaaah.. That was good.." He leaned back a bit in his stool. "What do we do now?"

Meanwhile, Cade was walking the halls of the mansion by himself, not really wanting to return back to his room, where the musically talented people were hanging out. He reached into his pocket and pulled out his phone, and turned it on. He waited, eagerly, to see if there would be any service. Much to his displeasure, there was no service. Frowning, he shut the phone back off and put it into his pocket.

Auburn shrugged as she finished off the last of her ice cream. "I have no idea. What is there to do in this place?" Of course, Auburn was expecting there to be lots to do here. It was a mansion for pete's sake. But what to do and where to do it was another story.

Brooke hobbled over the the huge doors of the mansion and pressed a button. A buzzing noise followed and the doors began to slowly open from the inside. As the door revealed the foyer, Brooke's mouth hung open in disbelief. This place was even nicer inside than out. "Dxmn," she said once more and laughed. Brooke dragged her bag inside and slumped it to the ground with a thud. She looked around the huge foyer, expecting some person dressed in a monkey suit to come welcome her. After two or three minutes of waiting, Brooke groaned and took out the paper in her pocket. Her suit number, 19, was written on it with red ink and attached to the paper was her room key. Brooke looked to the left and saw the huge staircase that led to the second floor, a groan escaping from within her. She would have to carry that God forsaken suitcase all the way up there. "Hell no," she said defiantly and took off up the stairs without her bag. Maybe she could convince some cute guy to come and do it for her.

"Dunno.. But you want to go check out the library? I saw it on my way to my suite..." Suddenly, Blaze realized he was making it sound like the two of them were already in a relationship, and he quickly tried to say things differently. He stood up, red faced, and quickly added, "I mean, if you don't want to go, that's okay, but but but..." Blaze settled back down into his stool again.

Cade heard the door open and then he crept over to the wall near the stairs, and he peered around it to see a girl who dropped her bags down on the ground before beginning to come up the stairs. Cade felt his sensor going off, and he quickly ran off, to go hide in the rec room. He flopped down on the couch, and noticed a TIME magazine on the coffee table in front of him. He took it, and began to read it. It felt like home.

Auburn put a hand on Blaze's arm and laughed. "Relax," she said softly and smiled. "Yes. I would like to go to the library. I love to read! Hopefully I'll find a good book." Auburn grinned and gently pulled Blaze along, secretly enjoying how flustered he was. She liked him.

Brooke saw something move in the corner of eye as she came to the top of the stairs. As she peered around the corner, the silhouette of a boy hurrying away caught her eye. She grinned mischievously and silently followed him, making sure to keep a good distance away so that he wouldn't see her. Brooke popped her head into the rec room where Cade was now reading a magazine and still oblivious to her prescence. Show time.
