You can reset at anytime. There's no required time.

Everyone gets up at their own time to eat hard boiled eggs and find Easter eggs. Therefore, there is no required time.

Well, you just hold on to your current Tama, and have it marry on Easter.

If it's a V4.5 or below, just hold it on Pause if it's the marrying age. And have it marry 48 hours before Easter.
