Does anybody know how to make clay animations? Or knows somewhere that can teach me? I really want to know how!! If you know how to can you teach me.

i havent done one but, i think you take pictures of them using frame by frame on a camera, and put them all together.

 
I believe only movie makers with clay movies (Flushed Away, etc.) can teach you that. I think it is a special program which allows clay animation. First, you make a drawing, second, make it look like that on the computer, move it around and mess with it, and then put it into a scene.

That's computer animation.

Clay animation is very, very hard to do. First, you have to make a pose with a character in clay. Then, you take a shot of that. Then, you have to move the character just a little bit, (like if you want him to wave, move his arm up a tiny, tiny bit) and take another shot of the frame. Then, you have to keep moving him a tiny, tiny bit and keep taking shots until you have finally completed the move. It takes a lot of time and patience.

ya, thats how you do it, its not that hard as it sounds,

for the first time for me, it was not hard.

and, theres alot more then that 2 it, but for a bigginger do what, he/she said :mellow:

 
i do im a director for those type of movies.first you make clay peole.second you think of an idea. third you put you clay people in a scean and take a picture.to move there arms move the arm just a little and take a picture then do it a seond time and so on .to move the legs its the same thing to put voices buy a mic for your computer then put the movie in the movie maker and then press edit and while its playing talk where you want the voices

there are other ways to make claymations thats just my way :]] hope i could have helped
