Colour changing eyes?

I had been thinking about this a few weeks ago, but maybe your eyes don't actualy change different shades depending on your mood- maybe you wear differnt colors depeding on your mood that day and that effects what the shade is.

That could be a possibility. I notice if I wear a lot of blue or a blue top my eyes tend to stand out more.

My eyes tend to be VERY dark brown, with a dark blue ring around them, but I think they looked lighter in the car mirror on the way home.

I just experimented in a mirror, I think they go lighter when they're open wide, and darker when focusing on one precise thing... to be sure, I think I'd need to check this more often...
