How could you have looked him up on the internet if you don't even know his name? What 'profile'?

Shaylorznator makes a good point. How did you know what to look for? What information did you gather that allowed you to make an effective search of the fellow? There's little information (except for the license plate) that allows for you to identify someone when they are just sitting in a car.

Lock the doors, call your mum. If you have a neighbor your family trusts, try giving them a knock and letting them know about the situation. If you live in an apartment, you are probably safe, since there are so many witnesses so close by.

Anyway if your story is infact true then you should just keep the doors closed and don't let anyone in.

We di8dn't know his name, but we surfed the web until we found a pic that looked ALOT like him. I know that just because he was watching me doesn't mean he will do any harm, but in my area there are alot of *** offenders, and I wanted to be on the safe side. In the US, you need to be registered if you are one of those guys, so he had a profile, and it said he likes to molest young boys (my brother is young) sorry for not adding all that info...

Well now that it's over, and that was yesterday, I'm glad you're both safe. The best way to deal with that is to stay calm, lock everything and call an adult before the police. Once when my mom and my brother were in Michigan and my dad was at work, I saw an old guy in a green suit by my door, and so I took my dog, locked us in my mom's room (there were no curtains so I didn't do that) and I used her phone to call her all the way in Michigan! It turns out that it was probably just the person that checks our satellite dish, but you never know. If he or anyone else comes back again, I think you should do something like that. :kusatchi:

That would be plain stupid. If you saw him, and he is a known molester, and yu went to cus him out, he could kidnap you right then and there. And no, she doesn't need to move out of state either, she just needs to watch out for herself and her little brother. So what I'm saying is, VanessaAnneHudgensFan101, stop saying to cuss him out. Yes that may work with a little seven year old that thinks their all that, but no, it doesn't work in the real world. All that can do with kidnappers or anyone like that, is get you killed.

There's nothing really to call the cops on him for though.

All he did was sit in a car and look at them. He didn't follow them home or anything.

If he is a *** offender, the police would know and chances are he'd either be on probation or parol.
