i've had this line for a few generations, but i figured i might as well start logging it

i was very attached to the previous generation here, they are perfect, stunning

but i found out about Tamagyaotchi and its little baby dinosaur fangs and claws and i knew i had to find someone with its genes and try for it

so here we go

i'm not too sure about that green, but my last generation changed colors spontaneously multiple times upon evolving, so i'm not too worried about it

other than that, i'm really excited to see which genes he ends up with, since both sets are great really (and i can always try again if he doesn't end up with a Tamagyaotchi body)

either way, Shizukutchi is always cute, so i'll cherish the next hour as always

basedchi has evolved, and taken on a more pleasing darker green color, and sugaritchi moved out (i will miss him)

it looks like he's gotten the hat, i was a little attached to the cinnamoroll ears, but that's okay

(also i'm realizing how bad that scratch looks in pictures, ouch)

basedchi has entered the teen stage!

based on my previous few generations, i know that this teen stage is the one that dorotchi body has, since the teen stage is based on what body it has as an adult

i am not sure if this means i haven't gotten the Tamagyaotchi body this time, however, because i'm not sure which teen stage that body gives you, so i guess i will see tomorrow

here he is playing with Bluetchi, my brother's tamagotchi whose name did not age well

this is the first time he's visited our place, often basedchi goes over there instead

okay

i was going to wait for basedtchi to marry before posting so that i would have a longer update, but i have not had any luck today yet, so i will update and then head back to the app

basedchi's adult form! basically sugaritchi with the other tamagotchi's color and traits, which was not what i was trying for but still very cute

now i am going to have to look for another Tamagyaotchi in the app (basedchi has gotten many likes so far), but in the meantime, i fired up mymeets

i can't connect to mymeets since i use linux and my windows emulator doesn't support bluetooth (plus i kind of enjoy the hunt of looking for other tamagotchi with the traits i want to try for them), but i figured i could make a mockup of the end result i would like ideally so i don't forget what i'm looking for

so, here is my frankentama's monster (except unlike that good for nothing deadbeat victor i would love and cherish this creature)

colors are variable, though, i would like a shade of purple or blue but i can always change that with snacks if it comes out a different color anyway

obviously most of these are genetics that are difficult to acquire, but i think that makes it kind of a fun challenge

alright! after a couple hours of searching, i managed to find another tamagotchi with Tamagyaotchi genes, and basedchi was married

basedchi ended up having twins, Mallotchi and Mellotchi

they are a cute family, i'm excited to see them grow

mallotchi and mellotchi have evolved, with very nice colors and cute hats

they went right to bed after basedchi left, since it is a little bit late

they will probably go to sleep before they evolve again since they evolved late last night, but i might change the clock briefly later so they can evolve and then let them go back to sleep

again, this is the teen that becomes dorotchi body, but i still don't know which teen corresponds to Tamagyaotchi, so it could still be either

after a long time and a few frustrating instances of failed proposals and Tamagyaotchi that i wasn't able to marry, i decided to go with one of my other favorite body types (and from another pair of twins, coincidentally)

peonitchi is not twins, but still cute

Peonitchi is generation 10, i started logging here with Basedtchi at generation 8, and the Dorotchi body has stuck around since generation 5, but i'm okay with that for now
