"Yeah, he-" Faylinn was interrupted by Scarlett. "Oh dear, Ember, how did you end up in the cage?" She rolled her eyes. "Hello again."

 

[YellowJedi]

"Let Faylinn go, she's not involved." Was all Damien said.

 

[tamaturtle]

"Oh, but she is. She's way too tied up in this all now. It would be much neater to cut off the loose ends and execute her too."

 

[YellowJedi]

Damien shook his head. "No, please. There has to be another option."

 

[tamaturtle]

"You erased all of her other options when you attacked her and Ember on the street." Scarlett told Damien, smirking slightly. "Even if you hadn't changed her into a vampire, she would still have been dealt with for knowing too much."

 

[YellowJedi]

Damien turned to Ember. "You're not going to let them her Fay, would you?"

 

[tamaturtle]

Ember looked down. "I'm not in a position to have any say in the matter."

"Indeed." Scarlett said, clapping her hands to teleport Ember out of the cage. "And if we suspect that you're helping them..."

Faylinn was paying attention now, as shown by her terrified look.

 

[YellowJedi]

Faylinn, I'm going to try and fight them off. But if I can't...I love you. Damien said, then turned his attention back to Scarlett. "Fine, let me out and kill me now. Unless you know you can't do it."

 

[tamaturtle]

"Okay." Scarlett opened the cage door, stepping back. "This should be a breeze, seeing as your powers were shut off by me a few seconds ago."

 

[YellowJedi]

Damien frowned, but didn't give up. He looked at Ember. "HE did his job, he's not involved anymore, right?"

 

[tamaturtle]

"He did well. I might keep him around a little longer." Scarlett replied, grinning. "Oh look, Damien, you've been replaced."

 

[YellowJedi]

That put Damien in such a rage, he brought Scarlett to the ground. "I'm going to kill you!" he yelled, continuously punching, kicking, and doing any damage he could without powers.

 

[tamaturtle]

Scarlett endured it for a few seconds before losing patience, sending Damien flying across the room. "With those feeble hits? I doubt it."

 

[YellowJedi]

Damien got right back on his feet, and attack her again.

 

[tamaturtle]

Scarlett waved her hands, charging them with electricity before smacking them both into Damien's chest, ignoring the screams of pain coming from Faylinn.

Damien fell to his knees, and then flat on his face, not breathing.

For a moment nobody moved. Then Faylinn screamed, pain forgotten as she ran out of the cage and dropped to her knees beside him. "DAMIEN!"

 

[YellowJedi]

Damien didn't move at all.

 

[tamaturtle]

"Damien, PLEASE!" Faylinn half sobbed, shaking him again. Scarlett watched them before sighing, walling off while pretending to brush off her hands.

Damien just laid there, lifeless.
