Alone in Darkness

Damien leaned against the wall, watching Faylinn.

Eventually, someone walked past and Faylinn struck, grabbing the person's arm and pulling them in. Slightly stunned at her new strength, she hesitated for a moment, before moving forwards to bite them. After a bit she pulled away. "...Wow."

Damien watched as the dead body fell to the ground. "Hm, good job." he said, walking over.

Faylinn swallowed. "I feel really good, but... I just killed someone! Oh my god, I've killed someone!"

"Calm down Fayliin, you'll be fine. It just takes a little bit to get used to." Damien told her.

 

[nokotchi]

January smiled and slid out one of the games."Dead or Alive, it's a great combat game. One of my favorites, you up for a round?"

 

[YellowJedi]

"Sure, that sounds fine." Eon said.

 

[nokotchi]

January took the disk and went over to the small tv in the corner of her room and the game console next to it. She pulled out two controllers and waved Eon to come over. She then turned on the console and slid the disk in.

Eon walked over and gently took the controller, looking over it.

January started up the game and showed Eon someone the button and trigger combinations."Okay, press the x button and the up arrow to have your character kick mine."

 

[YellowJedi]

Eon pressed the button, and after a few minutes got used to the control.

"There you go." January said smiling over at Eon,"You're pretty good at this game."

 

[YellowJedi]

Eon laughed. "Yeah right, I keep on dying."

 

[nokotchi]

January nudged Eon a little with her elbow and giggled. "Try holding both triggers down."

 

[YellowJedi]

Eon smiled at January, and laughed when he died again. "You win, I give up."

 

[nokotchi]

January rolled her eyes and let out a light laugh. She restarted the game." No, like this." She told him, reaching over and holding both of the triggers down on his remote. She then stuck her tongue out at him when her character died.

Eon laughed again, and did what she showed him. After he died again, he looked at January. He was having such a great time with her. Smiling a bit, he turned back to the game.

 

[nokotchi]

January began cracking up when she heard the funny noise her character made when she did a certain move."Eon.... Listen.... To that.." she said in between laughter.

Eon let out another laugh. "Can't believe they would put that in the game."

 

[nokotchi]

"I don't even know why..." January was laughing pretty hard, which made her slip up on the controls. She tried to contain her laughter after her character died.
