"I do trust you, since you're trustable compared to oh say.. A bunch of stalkers." Grinning, Steven shoved a few bottles of coca-cola and fanta orange into the cart.
"Anyway, changing the topic.. What else do we need? I just put some yogurt and cheese in the cart, so we have all our dairy, meat, produce, and drinks."
"Yeah, that, and-" He was stopped by Kat's suggestion. "Uh... Erm.. I guess.. That.. Too.. Well... Yeah." Steven turned away to busy himself with picking bags of chips off a shelf, not looking at the two.
"I'm not sorry," Kat said with a shrug. "I mean, if he ever gets married or something he'll have to deal with that crazy random womanly stuff happening. But I'm glad you're covered." She then walked away with a relaxed stance, going to look at coffee.
Kat put tons of coffee in the grocery cart, a definite addict. "If I don't have my coffee," she said solemnly, "I become the most evil, uptight person on the planet. It's a very scary situation, which I would like to spare you from, if at all possible."
"Err.. Well, we can get the coffee. Alright, I think we've got everything. Produce, meat, frozen dinners, ice cream, candy, soda, dairy, chips and gum, so I think we're pretty much set. To the register!"
Kat said, "Well, I have money in my wallet, so I can chip in with that, if that's okay." She opened her wallet and pulled out a big wad of bills, and put them into Tyler's hand. "Here you go," she said calmly, then put her wallet away.
Steven used some of Kat's money to pay. "Alright, here's most of your money back." He handed Kat the leftover money he hadn't used from what she had given him. "Okay, let's get going to Fizz's house, before the magically talented stalkers somehow find out we're in a Wal-Mart on the other side of town."
