I watched my boyfriend's friend play and I thought it was really time consuming and pointless. I played for like four hours one day and I had pretty much nothing to show for it, so needless to say I stopped playing. Other people seem to really really get into it though.

Yeah, it's like the original but without so many functions/characters. You can't check if your tama is hungry or anything, but you do have to feed it etc. It's not very hard...

Well, yeah.. they have to be at least 24 hours into their Breeding Stage to mate, and their "passion" meters (or whatever you want to call them) have to be at the highest level. If both of those things are checked off on your checklist, just keep connecting and you'll have tama babies in a few days.

I think it's just how you care for them... I don't think Genetics is implimented here. Only the training bar is really a factor, me thinks (Star Wars! Lol).

I concur on that one! Lol. It's hard taking care of multiple VPets at once, and the more you have running, the less quality care you tend to take as a whole. If you want a Mametchi or Mimitchi, I greatly suggest only running one or two. I've been having trouble getting the "good" characters...

I haven't personally done it, but my friends have and they tell me all about how cool it is. I just don't want to run the risk of messing up my tama. It's not worth it to me, but to each his own.
