Yeah, Tama's teeth definately don't fall out. That's just like a speech bubble shaped like a tooth telling you that your Tama has a toothache, or something like that. But, they probably didn't know that because they are a Newbie, so we don't have to be so hard on her. .

As other people have already posted, Tama's teeth don't fall out. You just see a tooth on the screen to show that it's a toothache, and not pneumonia or cancer or something. LOL.
