I'm working on the new Guardian Chara

Anyway, Emilson, can you edit your post? Specifically the part where you claimed that your attack had actually hit Lyle. That is powerplaying. It is an easy mistake to make when writing "fight posts" and you have to always be aware of that. Also, I don't know if I was clear enough the first time I wrote my post, but Lyle is defeated. He's back to normal and exhausted, so he's pretty much harmless right now. I edited my post to make absolutely certain that those details are clear. The Guardians won. Yay!

If any of you would like to read an example of how a fight thread works, read through this. It's on the heavy reading side (there's a 300-word minimum per post on that board), but it's a good example of how to write posts without forcing your opponent to take hits without their permission. It may seem tedious, but it makes the RPing process a lot smoother if each writer has a choice in what happens to their characters.
