Can the angelgotchi be in english? If so, where can you get it from and is it less expensive than the japanese version?

Yes, there is an English version of the Angelgotch and it's called the "Tamagotchi Angel". However, the English version is much rarer than the Japanese ones and some people (particularly on eBay) sells them for over a hundred bucks!

Good luck on finding a good deal, though. It's worth getting.

The Tamagotchi Angel is one of the "earliest" forms of Tamagotchi, so honestly there's nothing really much to it other than the basics like feeding, playing with it and cleaning up after their mess. However, the Angel has quite a few unique features which are not in the P1/P2 versions:

• Motion sensor - The Tamagotchi Angel is equipped with a sensor which makes it unique. There will be times that when you try to feed your Angel snacks, there will be an occasional bat that will come and try to take the food away. To "shoo" the bat away, you can tap the sides of the device.
  
• Angel Power - This is a new meter that can determine which type of Angel it will evolve into. You increase the AP by feeding it candy (snack).
  
• Good Deeds - This completely replaces the traditional Discipline meter. Once in a while the Angel performs "good deeds" by making cute actions. Make sure you are ready to catch them in action by "Praising" them.
  
• Unique Characters - The Angel has a different set of characters which makes them unique!

Okay, I'll give it that, but when I bought mine, the Angels were cheaper than the many Angelgotchis.
