It's a Tamagotchi Connection (V1 or 2) or any Japanese Plus/K-Plus/Akai that is "hacled" in a way to unlock every character possible in the Tamagotchi (including other characters that you CAN'T raise) and unlocks hypertime, which super-speeds your Tama's growth.

I bought one for the sole purpose of debugging it. It was pretty fun, but I wouldn't reccomend doing it to your main Tama.
