Winning Tamagotchi?

Hello everyone! I have heard before that you can actually win Tamagotchi as if it were a game! The way (I've heard) you do it is by getting every single character and keeping it alive! It says you will get a prize if you win!

Can anyone, ANYONE here at Tamatalk verify whether this statement is true or false? If yes, have you done it?

I don't think so, because tamagotchi is a pet, not a game. It says on the instuctions. That would be cool though..lolz.

Erm, NOOOOO WAY!! I've gotten all the Tama characters ona V1, kept it alive forEVER (it's never died before) and there was no "congratulations" and there was nothing. DEFENITELY A RUMOR.
