why did my tamagotchi (gen 2) die the second it got sick?

hey everyone, i raised my tamagotchi up till it was 4 years old, the skull emoji came and I immediately tried to heal it using the medicine button, it kept beeping and I couldn’t press any buttons, or do anything, eventually, after about 30 seconds of beeping, i think it died? now there’s just some alien blobbing around and I can’t press any button. should I reset it?

i also always keep a eye on the health and hunger bar, i always keep it at one heart so is that wrong? i also disciplined my tamagotchi if it did something wrong and the discipline bar was full.

you should have it on 4 hearts

Feeding your Tamagotchi snacks will result in its death. Just press A and B simultaneously for a mew egg.

@iAM, I didn’t feed my tamagotchi any snacks tho lol, I only feed it meals, anyways I just resented it so ty
