Why can't I connect?

I got two tamas both (V3) at adult

I try to connect them, but it always fails.

I used to be able when they were children.

but now it wont work?

check to see if you have too many items in your items list, or too many food that you may have bought in your meals/snacks list. sometime that can prevent a connection.

my Ryan has 20 items and Ann has 7

why would that prevent it though?

I have been having the same problem. One is adult and the other is child. Adult - toddler worked OK two days ago.

I think i figured it out

I was bored so I tried again

I think it needs to be a distance away.

For me it was like a lil more than 1 inch.

Then it worked

Have you tried pressing the B button when the Standby screen comes up?

Hi, me again. I put in a new battery, even though the old one was still working. Now my tama connects perfectly.

It seems like even if the battery is good enough to play games and normal tama stuff, an old battery might not be good enough for connecting.

How do u delete items

my items list is full so i can;t connect or buy items

how do u delet items' please help
