Where's the cheapest Tama V4 vendor in NYC?

I just heard about the V4 coming out [obviously, I haven't been delving much into the news], and after reading a bit about it, I'm gonna go somewhere and impulsively shell out a $20 to get it. Preferrably, at least, I just wanna shell out a $20, but some places online list their price as 22 something. It isn't much of a stretch, but in any case, nonetheless, where can one find this thing for under 20 dollars in NYC?

I don't want specific addresses, just chains that are known to be in NYC. Any helpful directions?
