When will my tamagotchi evolve?

my tama gotchi is a young mimitchi [i cant spell.. its h34r: ]

hes 2 years old.

and i have all these alult idems that he cant use and i want to use it!

Usually they'll evolve into an adult when they're 4 or just a few minutes before they turn 4. Or if you paused it lots thenm it'll evolve at 5, 6, 7, or even 8.
