Around 10:30 or 11:00. I usually don't fall asleep until 1:00 through 2:00 in the morning, so it's kind of pointless to go to sleep early. Last year I used to get to bed at 8:00 (when it wasn't swim season). That worked quite well for me, but after swimming started again I kind of got out of that habit and now I'm going to bed WAY too late.
