Old-school all the way!!!! Back then they weren't so girly or kid-oriented. Nowadays they target Tamagotchis toward 10 year-old girls. I just purchased another p2 off eBay a couple minutes ago!!!

I voted Version 4 because I haven't seen how a V4.5 is like, but I love all the new stuff about the V4!

i have 3 tamagotchis: a v1, v3, and a v4. i rarely play with my v1 because well... it's kinda boring... i don't play with my v3, and i really like the v4.

V2s/Ketei all the way! The characters are much cuter, the games are funner, and the games are also actually a challenge. XP But I don't think kids younger than 6 should play with V2s, because there is a game called 'Slot' which is practically gambling. =/ I don't mind, but alot of parents would.

I love v3!

I think that they're really fun and they still are reall pet-like.

On v4/v4.5 the tamagotchi's aren't really pets because they get jobs!

V2's are also really good and i dont know if V1's are good because i dont have one h34r:
