What's the deal with the V6 Music Stars orange shell with speakers?

I almost never see this shell included with the others. Does anyone know what the backstory is?

Correct me if i'm wrong, but I believe that is a Australian music star shell, which you don't find as often as the American ones. Or it could be a wave 1 American shell.

Again, I'm not completely sure at all, so I wouldn't take my word before someone confirms it.

Its an Asia/Australia design,I saw those in stores
