Try smashing your head against a wall. It either clears your mind of all bad images or...just you concentrate too much pain and forget all about anything else. One of the two.

I had a horrible flashback before and that sorta worked. Although I proably won't ever do that ever again. Me and my BF still don't know whether the wall cracked or my skull cracked...LoL

I actually spend quite alot of time indulging in my past and sometimes I think about things that aren't exactly... pleasant.

I usually just let my feelings do what they want. I'd rather not be bottled up because I've learned bottling your anger makes communication hard with your friends.

Flashbacks?

I know a guy who was Tunnel Rat in Vietnam. This is a serious problem. He takes meds to help him with his flashbacks.

It's hard to live your life and keep a job when you are really damaged from serious flashbacks.
