What tamas have Hatena or Bikkuri characters?

I just recently discovered the exsistence of these hilarious characters, and I think they might be an exclusive of japanese releases Entama and Uratama.
But I also saw a tweet from a Japanese user who seems to have one on her P's (I guess?)

Do some of you know which versions have these families, even as DLC content, and if there's an english version that has them?

oh thats a butt i thought it was a wing lol..
i looked at shiripuritchi on the wiki but it said enjoi only
so leaving only non-official methods, puri couldve got it on their P by:
-a custom VDP character maybe? only just found out about these they seem quite interesting http://mrblinky.net/tama/vdp/#vdp-plus
-you can apparently also do custom characters by making oversized accessories which cover up the actual character
