Here are some good places to train at for your level:

Pig Beach - It's at the 3-way-split

Ant Tunnel - Near Sleepywood

Training grounds - Which are like right near Henesys

Amoria - Amoria is that wedding place. o.o

Its pretty easy to find places to train at your level.

It also helps to train at less populated channels. That's what I do sometimes when I want to level up. xD
