Well I'd love a Devilgotchi (worth $200+) but its a Japanese only release so maybe one of the Gold edition ones or perhaps a Tamagotchi Ocean.

I know a lot of people won't agree, but I say the Mini's since I've never actually seen an English one and no one seems to have them anymore. Just the new Nanos.

But, of course, there's other rare ones, too.
