What ever happened to Steve?

Ok, I'm not sure if this post is suppose to be either in ( Non ) Tama Talk or What's On Your Mind? so I just put it in here, but anyways

I was watching Blues Clues with my little nephew, and I noticed that Steve has been gone for while..When I was little he came on TV saying that he was going to college, hmm, do you think that's true? Cause I've heard verouse things about what happened to him. See now his brother ( Not really, his brother, just acting ) but anyways now Joe is taking over Blues Clues, it's very odd. This is what I heard what happened to Steve, he either....

- Went to college

- Went to Jail

- Got fired

- Or he quited

or is it something totally different? I'm just wondering...It's very odd
