Soooo now that I ordered my tamas what does tamatown have to do with it?

Well it depends which Tamas and what you mean. Are you talking about the Tamatown Tama-go (As in what does Tamatown have to do with the name) or did you order a V3 and you're asking about what you can do on Tamatown? Please elaborate.

Yes. If you level up your feature CD high enough by playing games and participating in the competiton, you can get the "Destiny Star"s for the boy and girl, unlocking Dreamtchi and Dazzlitchi- the secret characters on the Music Star.

EDIT: Also, if you get a Tama-go you can transfer money from your Tama-go to Tamatown, and vice versa.
