What character is this?!

[Eternal Mametchi Fan]

I found a mysterious Tamagotchi plush on Yahoo Japan but I have not seen this character ever!

What could it be?! I know it's a legit Tamagotchi plush; it says so in the description. Also on the little white tag I see some of the word "Tamagotchi", and I've seen the same cardboard tag on other Tamagotchi plushes I have bought (look closely at it and you can see a pink Mametchi head)

It looks vaguely like the fountain girl on the Tamagotchi P's...maybe it's a plush-exclusive character but it makes no sense. I haven't seen her in the anime, but maybe she's an upcoming character in Miracle Friends?!

Please help, I am so confused!

[Tama-Star_Girl]

Her name is Tsurara Joo (ツララ女王), aka Queen Icicle. She first appears in the carddas Tamagotchi contest series as one of the kings or queens of each season. More information here (https://www.carddass.com/tamacon/index.html). She also appears as main in cast in a rare Tamagotchi! episode you can barely find on the internet these days, episode... I can't remember which one its around the 50s - 60s mark.
