"And why should I tell you?" Dex asked, throwing the fireball.

Sierra quickly made a wall of ice. "Rune...that's my brother." she whispered, in shock.

"Well we better look." Para said causally.

Shocking the creature again, the creature flopped dead. Storm just stared at it.

"I wish to say hello!" he lied to Dex. Rune turned to whisper to Sierra, "what do you plan to do about it?"

Asvoria felt sick to her stomach. She hated Rune.

Davyn noticed the girl hiding in the trees,'Avy?' he thought.'Could that be her?'

Peter nodded and stood up. He brushed the leaves off of his pants and waited for Para to follow suit.

"I'm sorry Storm, I'm just being a burden," Olivia muttered and used her sword as a support to pull herself up.

"Well that's not happening." Dex said, seeing right through his lie.

"I...I don't know..." Sierra turned even paler.

Copying Peter, Para spoke. "What is Olivia afraid of?" She asked.

"Hey, you're not. Ever had to carry Dice because she's too tired to walk? She's always fine in the end. You're easy. Need any help?" Storm asked Olivia, concerned.

Rune let a worried look slip across his face. He held up the ice barrier for her. "His problem is most likely with me. If you tell him, I'll stay behind you one-hundred percent. I don't care who your family is. You're still mine." Rune comforted her. He turned to Dex, resuming his evil personality, "You obviously don't know who youre talking to!" He shouted at Dex. "I always get what I want." He launched an Ice Lance at Dex.

Davyn climbed up the nearest tree. He nibly and quietly lept from branch to branch until he was behind Asvoria. He wrapped his hands around her mouth and kept a firm grip on her. Asvoria let out a mental scream "HELP!!" To all the others still at the camp. Thinking and believing it was three against two.

"Shh...you're safe now." Davyn then whispered to her.

Dex melted the ice lance before it could hit him.

Sierra looked down. "Stop!" She yelled. "Dex, stop right now. Stop fighting."

Peter paused as he thought about an answer. "Well, Olivia is actually terrified of the creatures. She tries to be strong and hide it, but when her parents were killed in front of her, it completely broke her. She can't really fight the creatures if she is alone since they can easily shut down her mind powers if she doesn't act quickly enough," Peter said softly. "I really hope they didn't run into anything out there. Because if they did, she would be to stubborn to tell Storm about it."

Olivia nodded, but she couldn't stop her hands from shaking. "Yeah, I-I'm okay." She looked up at Storm and cracked a slight smile. Olivia gripped her sword tightly in order to try to stop her hands from shaking.

Rune melted his ice wall and lifted his hands. Signaling to Dex that he wasnt going to do anything, but only because Sierra said so. He kept an eye on her, ready to protect her and himself if Dex did anything stupid.

Asvoria did the only thing she could do. She kicked her feet and sent her and Davyn both off the tree.

Davyn used his light abilities to manifest two giant protective angel wings and wraped them around her as they hit the ground with a loud thud. He made the wings diappear as he put his hand back over her mouth, now facing him. He held a finger to his lips, motioning her to keep quiet.

'This is the boy', she thought to herself.

Dex looked at Sierra. "How do you know my name?" He asked softly.

"Oh Dex, I know I look different, but you should remember me. I mean, I am your sister after all!" Sierra giggled a bit, and ran up to Dex, giving him a hug. Dex pushed Sierra away. "What are you doing with him! He's evil!"

"Well Storm happens to run into creatures. A lot. But he would of killed it for Olivia." Para explained.

"Your scared out of your wits." Storm told Olivia.

Rune did a flourishing little bow to Dex, "Why, thank you!"

Asvoria thought that Sierra was about to hurt Dex. She escaped Davyn's grip and ran up to them to protect him.

She froze in her tracks. 'She...hugged him..' Avy thought. Fear hit her like a lightning bolt. He wasnt in trouble afterall, and now she is in plain view of Rune.

Rune's head snapped tword her and his cold gaze locked onto her look of fear. He showed no motion or intent of attacking her but he did not dare look away from his future target.

"Well, I like him, and he likes me, so yeah." Sierra looked at Asvoria. "And who do we have here?" She turned to Rune. "Is this that girl we're supposed to kill?"

Dex looked at Avy, not knowing what to say.

"N-no I'm not," Olivia argued halfheartedly. She knew she wasn't fooling anyone, but she still couldn't bring herself to telling the truth.

Peter nodded. "I'm sure he would. Even so, Olivia would still be petrified."

Rune just nodded.

Davyn stayed crouched in the leaves of the forest floor.

"D-Dex....wha- what's going on here.." Asvoria trembled.

"I...I don't know." Dex said, looking down.

Sierra began to throw ice balls at Avy.

"Too bad and your not in condition for walking so..." Storm picked up Olivia and began to carry her over his shoulder.

"But she wouldn't let him know that!" Para decided.

Davyn stepped infront of Asvoria, blocking the balls of ice with his sword.

"How do you know her.." Asvoria cried.

"Sierra...if you kill her now, he may not ever forgive you." Rune calmly said.
