Kappa Mikey is a Anime, it just has a American Producer. It is drawn/animated by Japanese people, read the credits, those are mainly Japanese Names.

Anime Means Japanese Drawn Animation~ If Japanese people make the Animation and such, they dont need to direct it, It dont matter what country it's from, as long as it was drawn/animated by the Japanese its Anime. I dont care for the show, the Animation is sloppy, and well the plot kinda sucks.
