Waking schedule? (Tama-go)

So I noticed that the tama-go characters all wake up at different times. I know it has something to do with what kind of character you have. (It depends on care.)

But I was wondering if someone could tell me what times they all wake up.

I have a Wooltchi and it is 7:43 right now and he hasn't woken up yet.

Also I know that they go to bed at different times. I think that perfect care goes to bed around 9 and wakes up at 7:30.

Edit: Would it be possible to tell me the times they go to bed too?

I think they wake up from 7:30 to 8, maybe. It might be 8:30, but they don't get up later than that.

Can't remember what times they go to bed. Sorry :-/
