Does anyone know what time a member from your band comes to marry your tamagotchi?

You cannot marry a member of your band. You cannot choose them to marry each other... So you just get whom ever guitartchi sets you up with. Or you can connect to another compatable tamagotchi... Such as another MusicStar or a Tama-Go. (I'm not 100% sure you can marry to a Tama-Go character, But it would require you to transfer the current MusicStar Character to the Tama-Go.)

Here is a tip.

Your tama will marry another random character when it is 5 years an adult and the time it will marry will be at 4:30 pm

I do believe it is at 8:00 pm, I am not sure though.

And oh, SailorRosette, It is actually possible to marry a band member

No,I am sure that it is at 4:30 because I own a music star in gen 3 and my gen 1 got married @ 4:30 when it was 5 and so did my gen 2.

P.S : you can marry a character that looks like your band member but not actually your band member just another random character.
