V4 Tamatown

I went on Tamatown today. I am on Generation 2 and my tamagotchi is a child/toddler. I went on Tamatown to visit my parent. My parent is a Violetchi. I went in and Violetchi wasn't there! A speech bubble came up saying stuff. Is it normal for your parent not to be there

I haven't played with my v4 in a while, but I vaguely remember something like that happening to me. I think it might have just been something Bandai forgot to program in.

Can someone just tell me if they see their tamgotchis parent in the parent house on tamatown

They shown up as a couch because The computer doesn't know what tamagotchi you had! Maybe...but still, they show up as a COUCH WITH A FACE. Can someone e-mail Bandai about this?
